Novo Nordisk uses Sharepoint as its digital workspace for internal communication. We were tasked with creating a user-friendly and versatile universal SharePoint template, along with an easy-to-use CMS system. Furthermore, we developed a mobile application to manage international collective wall postings, which were integrated with their on-premises servers and single sign-on (SSO) systems.

With 95 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care, Novo Nordisk is a renowned global healthcare company. This rich heritage has equipped them with the expertise and resources to combat a range of serious diseases, including obesity, haemophilia, growth disorders, and more.
Headquartered in Denmark, Novo Nordisk employs approximately 43,100 people in 79 countries and markets their products in more than 170 countries.
We developed an add-on content management system (CMS) called Globeshare for Novo Nordisk's Sharepoint platform. Initially designed for IO strategic operations, the framework has been adopted by several other departments. Our custom-built Angular framework is seamlessly integrated with Novo Nordisk's master templates and optimized for use across multiple browsers. With a custom search function and a navigational drop-down system, the framework is user-friendly and can be fully customized through Sharepoint lists.
The IO Wall App is designed to retrieve and update news from diverse global business areas within Novo Nordisk.
Built using React Native, this IOS mobile application is optimized for use on iPhones and iPads and is equipped with Kerberos SSO and AnyConnect VPN for secure access.
The application is hosted on a whitelisted internal server that uses a .NET webservice to fetch cached data. Notably, the IO Wall App is the first official Novo Nordisk mobile application that allows direct posting of data to and from Globeshare through the on-premises firewall.
SharePoint is a web-based collaborative platform that integrates with Microsoft Office. Launched in 2001, SharePoint is primarily sold as a document management and storage system, but the product is highly configurable and usage varies substantially between organizations.
With React Native you build a real mobile app indistinguishable from an app built using Objective-C or Java. React Native uses the same fundamental UI building blocks as regular iOS and Android apps. You just put those building blocks together using JavaScript and React.
